1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern all aspects of your relationship with bat5777, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in casino games and sports betting markets, receipt of bonuses and promotions, and all communications with bat5777 customer support.

3. Account Registration & Security

The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.1 Accurate Information

Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bat5777 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bat5777 will never request your password through any channel — any communication purporting to come from bat5777 that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account, including any unauthorised transactions that result from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bat5777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. We may request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to: a government-issued national ID card, passport, or birth certificate; proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days); and proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad transaction history). 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits are credited to your bat5777 account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. bat5777 does not charge a fee on deposits. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account held by another person — are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for account suspension and full reversal of the deposited funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices. bat5777 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing. bat5777 reserves the right to impose a minimum withdrawal amount and to request documentary evidence for any withdrawal deemed unusual in size or frequency.

4.3 Declined Transactions

bat5777 is not responsible for any transaction that is declined, delayed, or reversed by your payment service provider. If a deposit fails to credit your account, please contact the bat5777 support team with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to re-initiate the same deposit until the original transaction has been investigated and resolved.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses awarded by bat5777 are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements, expiry dates, and eligible games will always be stated clearly in the relevant bonus offer. 5.2 Bonus Abuse

bat5777 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using prohibited betting patterns (such as placing opposing bets on the same market to clear wagering requirements risk-free); systematically exploiting offer mechanics; and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. In all cases of suspected bonus abuse, bat5777 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from the bonus, and permanently close the offending account.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bat5777 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant authorities where warranted:

• Registering more than one account on the bat5777 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical faults in games or betting markets to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are void and will not be paid out.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or having knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through bat5777.
• Using proceeds of criminal activity to fund a bat5777 account (money laundering).
• Harassing, abusing, threatening, or using offensive language towards bat5777 staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent security measures, IP restrictions, or self-exclusion mechanisms.
• Transferring funds between player accounts or acting as an intermediary for payments on behalf of another person.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

bat5777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC identity verification within a specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory direction.
• At the request of the account holder (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).

Upon account closure, bat5777 will process any remaining real-money balance (i.e., funds not derived from bonuses or void bets) back to the payment method on file, subject to the satisfactory completion of KYC verification and provided no suspicious activity flags are active on the account. Bonus balances and any winnings generated exclusively from uncleared bonus funds will be forfeited upon closure.

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your bat5777 account at any time by contacting the support team at support@bat5777. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bat5777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; interruption of service due to maintenance or unforeseen outages; delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers; or any action taken by bat5777 in accordance with these Terms.

bat5777 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate odds and game results, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or data loss at all times. bat5777's total liability to any player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
